Warehouse management software for brands

Run fulfillment in-house without giving up control.

Cybership is warehouse management software for brands running or bringing fulfillment in-house. The same operational depth that supports demanding 3PLs gives brand teams control over inventory, receiving, labor, picking, packing, shipping, returns, automation, reporting, APIs, and webhooks—without outsourcing the warehouse or taking on enterprise overhead.

No annual contract required. No sales call required for sandbox access.

In-house fulfillment control

Operate the warehouse with the depth of a 3PL—without becoming one.

Brands and 3PLs share the same hard operational problems: inventory must be right, floor work must be repeatable, labor must be visible, shipping decisions must control cost, and systems must stay connected.

Inventory control

Keep one inventory truth across channels and warehouses

Connect products, lots, locations, inventory states, adjustments, allocations, cycle counts, and order demand so the team can explain what changed and why.

Warehouse execution

Guide the floor through repeatable work

Turn receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and exceptions into clear workflows instead of knowledge held by a few people.

See pick and pack workflows

Labor visibility

See who is efficient and where work gets stuck

Compare productive hours, worker output, job performance, and workflow assignments so labor decisions come from the operation rather than warehouse-wide averages.

Shipping control

From dock to doorstep

Keep the warehouse and the customer promise connected.

Cybership connects the physical work to inventory, order status, shipping decisions, reporting, and the rest of the business instead of leaving each team to reconcile separate tools.

  1. 01

Receive and make inventory available deliberately

Manage purchase orders, product data, receiving, lots, locations, inventory states, putaway, replenishment, and quality checks before stock becomes available to sell.

    Explore purchase orders
  2. 02

Route DTC and B2B orders into the right workflow

Use order rules, inventory availability, warehouse routing, priorities, and automation to direct different order types without manually sorting the queue.

    See order orchestration
  3. 03

Pick, pack, ship, and handle returns with evidence

Guide floor work with scanning and packing controls, apply shipping rules, preserve labels and status changes, and give returns a defined path back into inventory.

    Explore packing stations
  4. 04

Connect commerce, carriers, finance, and internal systems

Use supported integrations, native APIs, event-driven webhooks, and configurable automation to reduce repetitive entry, reconciliation, and exception chasing.

Controlled adoption

Bring fulfillment in-house—or replace the current WMS—in stages.

Prove the workflow before committing, then move one channel, workflow, or warehouse at a time. Cybership can expand with the operation without forcing a big-bang cutover.

  1. 01

    Prove the fit

Test representative products, orders, users, integrations, shipping rules, and exceptions in a free sandbox.

  2. 02

    Map and import

Use one-click migration options to import products, inventory, locations, fulfillment history, and shipping data.

  3. 03

    Pilot controlled scope

Start with one workflow, channel, or warehouse and reconcile inventory, orders, shipments, and exceptions before expanding.

  4. 04

    Expand at your pace

Add workflows, channels, modules, and locations when the team is ready instead of planning another WMS replacement.

Evaluation facts

Validate the product and the commitment before moving the operation.

A serious warehouse decision should not depend on a polished demo alone. Test the product, see the published starting price, and plan a controlled implementation around the actual operation.

Buyer fit

Built for brands that want to own fulfillment—not outsource control.

A practical fit

Cybership fits when

  • A brand operates or is bringing DTC, B2B, or mixed fulfillment in-house.
  • Inventory must stay accurate across channels, order types, and one or more warehouses.
  • The team needs guided workflows, labor visibility, shipping control, automation, and reporting.
  • The operation wants serious WMS depth without an enterprise-scale implementation or annual lock-in.

Choose another path

Cybership is not for

  • Brands looking for Cybership to store and ship inventory through a managed warehouse network.
  • Teams that only need an ecommerce storefront, order-management tool, or parcel-label application.
  • Businesses that do not operate a warehouse team or control fulfillment execution.

Buyer questions

Answers before the implementation plan.

Is Cybership only for 3PLs?
No. Cybership supports brands and self-fulfillment teams with the same core inventory, receiving, labor, picking, packing, shipping, returns, automation, reporting, API, and webhook capabilities. 3PL-specific billing and merchant controls are available without getting in the way of a brand-operated workflow.
Is Cybership an outsourced fulfillment provider?
No. Cybership is warehouse management software. Your team keeps control of facilities, people, inventory, carriers, operating decisions, and the customer experience; Cybership provides the system used to run that work.
Can Cybership support both DTC and B2B orders?
Yes. Order orchestration, inventory rules, configurable workflows, picking, packing, shipping, reporting, and automation can support different order types and service requirements within the same operation.
Can a brand use more than one warehouse?
Yes. Cybership supports multi-warehouse inventory and routing. Current plan limits and additional warehouse pricing are listed on the pricing page.
Can we bring fulfillment in-house incrementally?
Yes. A brand can validate the workflow in a sandbox, map and import operational data, then pilot a controlled workflow, channel, or warehouse before expanding. Inventory and order checks, named owners, and fallback criteria are defined before production cutover.
