Stop reconstructing labor after the shift
See the floor while you can still redirect it
The Live Board groups workers by warehouse job and keeps the current job, assigned shift, and queued next work together. Billing eligibility is evaluated later, after work is completed and linked.

Plan coverage before the floor opens
Recurring shift templates create dated instances with worker and manager assignments. Each shift keeps its minimum, target, maximum, and critical status beside the assigned team.

Keep the labor record tied to the work
Six controls connect supported picking, packing, receiving, cycle counting, putaway, and replenishment activity to labor tracking. A paired kiosk covers clock, break, and job actions when the workflow is not updating the record.

Scan a badge to clock in, change work, take a break, or request an assignment.
For supported automatic tracking, repeated activity on the same job can reuse its open entry; a job change closes the prior entry before the next one opens.
Compare recorded output with the baseline
Hourly picking or packing views put worker output beside productive hours. Performance views carry that record into job metrics, trends, worker comparison, activity logs, and baseline efficiency.

Performance against baseline
Completed activity compared with configured operating baselines.
Managers can inspect the hourly record and trend before using the result as an operating or coaching signal.
Carry eligible time into billing review
Completed Work linked to a Purchase Order or Work Order can become a client Labor charge only after every billing gate passes. Customer-billing rounding preserves actual duration beside the billable duration.
