Build the reusable container library before the floor needs it
Create T-118 with a warehouse-unique name and barcode, or leave the barcode blank for Cybership to generate it. The Totes table keeps current order ownership and on-hand quantity visible, while selected records can be merged into one print-ready label document.
Every Tote is a non-pickable, non-sellable Location inside the selected warehouse. Its barcode identifies the container; it does not turn the tote into sellable inventory.

Merge Tote Labels

Keep the order and exact physical stock on the tote record
Lauren assigns T-118 to order #7348 in #PS-2098, then picks four Trail Polos from A-12-04. The tote detail shows the Product, on-hand quantity, lot, expiration, and UOM beside its Orders and History tabs and its persistent barcode details.
The move changes the shelf from 12 to 8 and the tote from 0 to 4 while Dallas stays at 12 total units. Sellable stock leaves the shelf pool without losing physical identity.

The four eaches remain inside DAL-01; Product, lot, expiration, and UOM stay attached to the physical stock row now visible in the tote.
Scan the same tote into packing—and release it empty
At Packing 01, the tote opens order #7348 and reconciles its four physical eaches into Box #1. The operator sees the order, package dimensions, weight, carton, service, photos, and exact package contents before printing labels and completing the order.
Completion is gated on packed quantity, labels, and any required pack shot. When the order completes, T-118 moves from four eaches to zero, clears its order link, releases the fulfillment lock, and becomes available again.
